René Frion has been named Vice President, Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty Travel Retail Worldwide. Prior to this appointment, Frion was Regional Director Estée Lauder & Tom Ford Beauty, Travel Retail Europe, Middle East, Africa.
In a statement the company said: “Frion brings a wealth of experience gained in the local and travel retail markets in a variety of positions in numerous European and Asia Pacific markets, working on brands such as L’Oréal and Chanel. In his new role Frion will be responsible for the continued successful development of the Estée Lauder and Tom Ford Beauty brands in travel retailing globally.”
Frion has served on the Management Committee for Tax Free World Association for 10 years and is fluent in English, French and Italian. He is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France, and received an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
