Clinique has created a new collection of Superprimers, said to help prep the skin for foundation. The line is on-counter now in travel retail worldwide.
The lightweight, oil-free face primers help to create a smooth, perfected canvas for foundation, according to the brand. One universal – and three tinted formulas – are available. Each is claimed to visibly smooth and improve the skin’s texture with silicone polymers that help to perfect the look of pores, fine lines and wrinkles.
The Universal Face Primer is colourless, and ideal for women with no specific complexion concerns. It is complemented by three other Superprimers: Colour Corrects Redness (a yellow tinted product that delivers a neutral even base); Colour Corrects Dullness (a pink tinted primer that gives radiance to dull, lacklustre skin); and Colour Corrects Discolorations (a peach formulation that helps to disguise dark spots, acne scars and areas of hyper-pigmentation).
The Superprimers are suitable for use under all forms of foundation, including liquid, cream and powder.
