Duty free RFP issued for San Antonio International Airport

USA. The City of San Antonio Department of Aviation is seeking proposals to operate a duty free retail concession at San Antonio International Airport Terminal A.

A pre-submittal conference will be held at the airport on 10 July at 12:30p.m. Bids are due by 11:00 am, Central Time on 30 July.

The concession is currently held by Duty Free Americas-owned UETA.

This table shows scheduled passenger airlines currently operating from the airport. They provide direct service to over 70 cities within domestic and international markets including Mexico.
San Antonio International Airport served over 9 million passengers in 2017. Current improvements include a US$23+ million renovation and expansion project of Terminal A Customs and Border Protection facility which will increase existing processing capacity of 250 passengers per hour to 800 per hour.
