Chanel has released its Holiday 2025 collection, unveiling a comprehensive seasonal range that spans limited-edition fragrances, body oils, makeup and exclusive gifting sets. It is now available in global travel retail.
The collection is themed around five of the house’s emblematic symbols – the lion, camellia, comet, wheat and pearls – which appear throughout the line.
The fragrance and bodycare offer includes two limited-edition 250ml body oils: N°5 The White Gold Body Oil and Coco Mademoiselle Pearly Body Oil. Both are presented in glass bottles and feature suspended pearlescent particles.
In addition, several of Chanel’s core fragrances – including N°5 Eau de Parfum, Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum, Chance Eau Splendide Eau de Parfum, Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum and Allure Homme Sport Eau de Toilette – have been launched in exclusive holiday sleeves.
The N°5 and Coco Mademoiselle Eau de Parfum Intense purse sprays are also available in a wearable format with an attached jewellery-style chain.
The Chanel Makeup Creation Studio, in collaboration with Cécile Paravina of the Comètes Collective, has developed a celestial-inspired holiday collection focused on contrasts of light, colour and texture.
The Les Signes de Chanel blush and highlighter duos, presented in Rose Lumière and Pêche Lumière, incorporate the house’s five symbols embossed onto each palette.
The collection also introduces limited-edition Rouge Allure Velvet lipsticks in two new shades, Abstrait and Rouge Vie, and seasonal packaging.
Chanel has expanded the Rouge Allure Laque line with exclusive colours: Incandescent, a pearly magenta red; and Nébuleuse, a pearly crimson purple.
Further additions include the Les 4 Ombres Nuit Astrale eyeshadow palette, Noir Allure mascara in a deep blue-grey and two new Le Vernis nail colours, Cosmique and Alchimiste.
Chanel has launched two metallic shades of Le Liner de Chanel: Flamboyant, a metallised orange; and Écarlate, a vivid metallic red.
Three new Les 9 Ombres palettes – The Daring Muse, The New Singular and The Space Traveler – extend the offer with a range of matte, metallic and duochrome finishes created by all three members of the Comètes Collective.
Talking about her inspirations for The Daring Muse, Comètes Collective Makeup Artist Ammy Drammeh said: “For this palette, I was very inspired by the bold glamour of powerful women.
“I wanted to reconcile the idea of power with the idea of femininity. I translated this with colours and effects that oscillate between richness and intensity.
“On the one side, we have deep and powerful greens, blues and reds. The idea is to combine them with a touch of precious metallics, from antic gold to rose gold to platine.”
Explaining the concept behind The New Singular, Comètes Collective Makeup Artist Cécile Paravina added: “I designed this palette as a way for women to explore their own artistic side. Therefore, I focused on the eclecticism of my references, drawing inspiration from classical to modern art and architecture.
“There I found an unconventional blend of mineral colours, such as ash browns and terracotta shades. And some more pictorial colours, such as deep purples, peach and mint greens that are still quite avant-garde for makeup.
“A touch of highlight inspired by jewels illuminates the whole palette.
“This palette offers many unexpected combinations, which women can freely explore and combine.”
Speaking about The Space Traveler, Comètes Collective Makeup Artist Valentina Li said: “I love science fiction, and I designed my palette as an immersion in a futuristic fantasy with unexpected colours and effects coming from outer space.
“We have intense elementary oranges mixing with cosmic blues and mauve, which is a very sci-fi colour combination. And a lot of shimmers from black to blue, that convey even more this unreal feeling.”
The gifting line-up comprises an extensive selection of seasonal sets and retailer exclusives.
These include the Heathrow-exclusive Le Coffret 31 Le Rouge and a range of pouch sets featuring curated combinations of Chanel makeup, skincare and fragrance items.
A vanity case is also available exclusively through Harrods and Heathrow.
In addition, Chanel has launched a black lacquered coffret of Sublimage L’Extrait de Nuit. Accompanying this is a refill housed in a collector’s case lined with tweed handcrafted by Maison Lesage, the embroidery atelier behind Chanel’s signature tweeds. ✈
