At #MIABooksWithAnAltitude, delayed travellers were invited to pause and enjoy a story time moment, complete with furry mascot.
Located between gates H5 and H7, #MIABooksWithAnAltitude is a mini lending library designed to offer travellers a relaxing escape among the bustle of the terminal.
Passengers can browse a curated collection of books, with some available to take along on flights.
The community-driven space offers a dedicated ‘shelfie’ corner, inviting travellers to capture photo memories among the books
Adding an especially comforting touch was a visit from Avi the Poodle, a therapy dog also known as the ‘Miami Hound Machine’. Avi’s gentle presence offered reassurance and smiles to passengers who were navigating the delays.
