USA. North American airport retailer and restaurateur Paradies Lagardère has revealed plans to open two dining venues at Jacksonville International Airport.
Set for a 2027 launch in Concourse B, full-service restaurant and bar Salt & Tide and local roaster Pura Bean Coffee Co. will enhance the airport’s sense of place experience.

Jacksonville Aviation Authority CEO Mark VanLoh said, “With construction of Concourse B slated to be complete by the end of the year, we have now finished selecting the coffee and dining options our passengers can expect to enjoy once it’s open.
“Pura Bean Coffee will give travellers another taste of local coffee offerings. The wonderful seafood and aesthetics of the Northeast Florida region will be notable with Salt & Tide.”
Evoking a relaxed coastal ambiance, Salt & Tide will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a robust bar programme. The menu features regional seafood, shareable plates and classic offerings, paired with craft cocktails, local brews and non-alcoholic options that reflect the spirit of Florida’s First Coast.

Travellers can also enjoy full-service dining, including quick options or a quality meal.
Founded in Jacksonville by local roaster Chris Diedrich, Pura Bean Coffee Co. is extending its coffee experience to the airport, serving freshly roasted beans, espresso drinks and house signature blends.
The menu also includes teas, hot chocolate and locally sourced baked goods and grab-and-go items.

Paradies Lagardère Senior Vice President of Operations – Dining Division Leigh Allan said, “Our goal is always to create dining experiences that are rooted in the communities we serve.
“Jacksonville has a strong culinary identity, and Salt & Tide and Pura Bean Coffee allow us to celebrate that local character while delivering the quality, consistency and service travellers expect.”
Pura Bean Coffee Co. Founder Chris Diedrich added: “Being part of JAX allows us to share Jacksonville’s coffee culture with people from all over the country. From the way we source and roast our beans to the partnerships we build locally, everything we do is about community. We’re excited to bring that same spirit to the airport.”
The additional venues form part of Paradies Lagardère’s continued investment at Jacksonville International Airport, combining locally inspired concepts, intentional design and service that balances convenience with hospitality.
