INDONESIA. Travel experiences company Airport Dimensions has unveiled the Blue Sky Premier Lounge at Juanda International Airport Terminal 2 in Surabaya.
The company is accelerating its Asia Pacific expansion, adding to recent openings in Hong Kong, Jakarta and Vietnam.
The launch reinforces Airport Dimensions’ commitment to airport hospitality in Indonesia, following its March 2025 acquisition of a 45% stake in PT Bumi Liputan Angkasa, a Blue Sky Group subsidiary.
As reported, Airport Dimensions opened a Blue Sky Premier Lounge at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, Jakarta in January, elevating airport hospitality in Indonesia.
Highlighting the success of the collaboration, the Blue Sky Premier Lounge at Makassar Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport has earned more than 3,000 five-star Google reviews since its August debut.
Spanning 462sq m and seating up to 101 guests, the new Juanda International lounge marks the third joint project with Blue Sky Group, with design inspired by Surabaya’s ‘City of Heroes’ identity.
The space combines Western heritage tones and warm woods with Indonesian design elements, featuring framed batik that symbolises Kota Pahlawan’s resilience.
The culinary offerings reflect a strong sense and taste of place, featuring a blend of local and international dishes.
The lounge also offers a selection of live-cooked dishes throughout the day, including made-to-order eggs, pasta, noodles and a signature steamboat for a communal Asian dining experience.
The menu showcases local flavours such as Rawon Surabaya, delivering authentic East Java taste, alongside the Blue Sky signature mantau (soft steamed bun).
Regional cuisine features prominently, complemented by premium locally sourced coffee and an elegant bar.
The lounge’s design includes social spaces such as The Hub, where a variety of seating configurations can accommodate solo travellers, small groups and families.
The seating zones lead into the food & beverage area, offering a comfortable spot for dining or relaxing.
A dedicated area called The Study provides a quiet, spacious environment for work or private moments.

The lounge is accessible to all travellers, including Priority Pass and LoungeKey cardholders.
Access is also available for walk-in passengers at a fee of IDR330,000 (US$20) per person, with additional entry available through pre-booking via a reservation hotline or participating membership programmes, subject to availability.
The Surabaya Airport debut reinforces Airport Dimensions’ regional growth strategy, following other recentopenings across Asia. Highlights include the Kyra Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport, recognised as the region’s top Priority Pass lounge, and the recent launch of a second Kyra location.
The company has also advanced its Vietnam footprint with the upgraded Rose Business Lounge at Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat Airport, with SASCO as its partner.
Airport Dimensions’ presence is set to grow further with an additional lounge in development at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, in collaboration with Vietnam Airport Services Joint Stock Company.
