Altimetre scrubs up with Spongellé Men’s Body Buffer; launches Aight

Travel retail distribution company Altimetre will present a line extension of its Spongellé range and lifestyle watch brand Aight at next month’s IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas.

Altimetre, which first introduced its eco-friendly Spongellé brand to the industry at last year’s IAADFS show, has created a body wash infused buffer for men. Spongellé Men’s Super Buffer claims to cleanse, scrub and hydrate in one application and last for at least 20 washes. Said to keep skin smooth and clean, the buffer is scented with verbena absolute and enriched with coconut oil and a blend of energising extracts, including vetiver and yuzu. According to Altimetre, the buffer is hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested.

Suggested retail price for the Men’s Super Buffer is US$18.

Aight watches are described as a cross between urban jewellery and fashion accessories. Features include an anodised alloy case, Japanese quartz movement, French design, two year warranty and unisex silicone slap strap. Described as “ultra-light”, the watches claim to be water resistant up to 30 metres.

Colours include Los Angeles-inspired Drive, pink and black The Game, Red is Dead, Kai Cake, Caribbean Blue, Orchidae, French Mustard and Mister Brown.

Altimetre Founder Arnaud de Volontat said Aight’s stackable premium box packaging offers strong visual impact, can be used as POS material and contributes to the brand’s strong identity. Suggested retail price is US$89.
