Areas boosts Boise Airport dining offer with mix of local concepts and global brands

USA. Areas USA has upgraded the dining line-up at Boise Airport, combining local flavours with globally renowned brands to elevate the traveller experience.

The latest additions strengthen the company’s US presence, featuring a diverse mix of concepts including Treefort, Bardenay, Waffle Me Up, The STIL, Turas Winery, Form & Function, Blue Sky Bagels, Protein Bar, Idaho Tap House, Up & Away, Starbucks, Wendy’s and Pizza Hut.

The new dining outlets are located across pre-security, the Food Court, Concourse B, Concourse C and the Food Hall, providing travellers with more convenient access to a variety of food options.

Key highlights include Treefort, developed in partnership with locally owned Treefort Music Fest and Treefort Music Hall.

Showcasing Boise’s music scene, the venue features a full-service bar and café serving a range of meals from breakfast to light dinner.

Treefort’s Flying M To Go window offers house-roasted coffee for passengers on the move, with dedicated service for airport and airline personnel.

Another homegrown brand, Bardenay has extended its airport presence with a full-service concept, offering travellers locally sourced ingredients, alongside a bespoke cocktail menu featuring its signature spirits.

Waffle Me Up and The STIL bring their combined concept to the Center Core Food Court, serving handcrafted Belgian-style Liège waffles with premium ice cream, including gluten- and dairy-free options, as well as ice cream flights paired with local beers and wines.

The city’s local coffee roasters deliver distinctive brews that reflect Boise’s thriving café culture

At Concourse C, Turas Winery presents a wine-focused concept inspired by Basque flavours, complemented by crafted beverages and elevated coffeehouse classics from Form & Function.

Blue Sky Bagels expands the Food Hall’s offerings with handcrafted bagels and signature schmears, while Protein Bar provides a health-focused alternative with customisable bowls, salads and protein smoothies designed for on-the-go customers.

Idaho Tap House at Concourse B showcases the state’s craft beer culture with a rotating selection of local brews and a menu of elevated pub classics.

Up & Away features Flying M’s house-roasted coffee and signature offerings, with a menu ranging from breakfast sandwiches and avocado toast to hot and cold sandwiches, salads and family-friendly options.

Completing the airport dining offerings are popular quick-service brands such as Starbucks, Wendy’s and Pizza Hut.  ‍
