US. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has issued a series of requests for proposals (RFPs) for over 150 food & beverage and retail units across the airport, including at the new Maynard H. Jackson Jr International Terminal.
The RFP packages comprise 125 F&B locations and 27 retail units. Bids for F&B packages 1 through 5 will be accepted until 21 June, with a deadline for packages 6 through 9 on 24 June. The bid deadline for the retail packages is 27 June. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 5 April, with site tours a day later.
Food & beverage
Package No. 1 is for the operation of 20 F&B locations, four food merchandising units (FMUs) and one food court common area on Concourse A.
Package No. 2 is for the operation of 12 separate F&B concession locations, five FMUs and two food court common areas on Concourse B.
Package No. 3 is for the operation of 14 separate F&B locations and three FMUs on Concourse C.
Package No. 4 is for the operation of 17 separate F&B locations and three FMUs on Concourse D, plus ten separate F&B locations and two FMUs on Concourse T.
Package No. 5 is for the operation of nine F&B locations and two food court common areas in the Atrium, plus seven F&B locations and three food court common areas on Concourse F.
Package No. 6 is for the operation of two separate F&B concessions locations on Concourse D and two separate locations on Concourse T.
Package No. 7 is for the operation of three F&B locations on Concourses B and F.
Package No. 8 is for the operation of the two F&B locations on Concourse A and one F&B location in the Atrium.
Package No. 9 is for the operation of two F&B locations on Concourse C.
Retail concessions
Package No. 1 is for the operation of 13 separate retail locations on Concourse E and Concourse F, the new Maynard Holbrook Jackson Jr International Terminal.
Package No. 2 is for the operation of 11 retail locations on Concourse E and Concourse F, the new Maynard Holbrook Jackson, Jr International Terminal.
Package No. 3 is for the operation of four separate retail locations on Concourse, T, Main Terminal and Rental Car Center.
