Avolta introduces fast-casual dining concept Amore at Bologna Airport

ITALY. Travel experience player Avolta has unveiled Amore, a fast-casual dining concept, at Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport through its food & beverage division Autogrill. 

The hybrid model of grab & go plus sit-down service offers passengers Italian cuisine in a bright, contemporary setting. 

Avolta CEO Italy F&B Massimiliano Santoro said: “Airports represent an increasingly important segment of our business. We are present in eight airports with a diversified and innovative brand portfolio, responding to the tastes and needs of all travellers.
