GERMANY. Avolta has continued its rollout of the Le Crobag concept with a 175sq m landside venue at Düsseldorf Airport. The eatery specialises in French-inspired baked goods and snacks.


It follows the opening of the first Le Crobag at the airport which, as reported, is a flagship store set in a 190sq m airside space. The concept has been designed exclusively for Düsseldorf Airport.


The latest location – which has 75 seats – is on the departure level between Terminals B & C, close to shopping arcades.

The menu includes filled baguettes, ficelle and croissants, as well as hot snacks such as toast monsieur, pizza baguette and baguette omelette. Seasonal specials and a selection of sweet delights inspired by French classics are also available.
