BAHRAIN. Bahrain Duty Free has announced the winner of its first Win & Choose car raffle.
Omani national Ghulam Al Balushi won a BMW730i and a Mini Cooper, which he chose from four options available.
As reported, the new version of the duty free retailer’s popular raffle draw offers entrants the chance to choose their own prizes. The first of this series featured four options, each offering a combination that includes a new BMW car plus either a Mini Cooper or a BMW motorbike.
Bahrain Duty Free Marketing & HR Manager Adel Reda commented: “This, as far as we are aware, is the first draw of its type in the region – and one we are already expanding on and looking to further enhance.”
Bahrain Duty Free General Manager Steve O’Connor added: “The response to this raffle type, where we offer more choices to the customer rather than a single offer, has been very well received as the speed of our first draw shows. We now have on offer a ‘You Choose’ Lexus 4 options draw. Tickets for this draw are priced at BHD50 (US$133) each, which is great value and clearly meets the spend and value expectations of our customers.
“Our clear focus on ensuring we continue to put the customer first through improved customer service combined with offering exceptional and exciting products in a superb shopping environment is our constant goal. And the overall results to date show this is certainly paying dividends.”
The latest Win & Choose car raffle offers participants four options featuring brand new Lexus cars.

Only 1,000 tickets are available, at BHD50 (US$133) each.
