
BAHRAIN. Bahrain Duty Free organised a two-week training programme to elevate the professional development of over 20 supervisors within the company.
This course was structured to equip supervisors with vital competencies across key areas: effective communication; fostering a growth-oriented mindset; stress management in high-pressure scenarios; data analysis for informed decision-making; and navigating the travel retail financial landscape.

Bahrain Duty Free CEO and Board Director Bassam Al Wardi said: “The primary focus of this training programme is to nurture the professional growth of our supervisors by introducing our new training strategy to enhance coaching abilities and emotional intelligence.
