B+D focuses on travel retail with new capsule collection

Eyewear manufacturer B+D has launched a capsule collection to target travel retailers specialising in electronic devices and eyewear.

B+H is eyeing up its place with retailers who specialise in mobile accesories

The collection, which includes Digital and Blue Ban Screen Light Blockers and Bridge Readers, is supported by new merchandising units.

B+D’s Bridge Readers are available in four colours – black, red, blue and grey – and three strengths: +1.50, +2.00 and +2.50. B+D said the readers suit every face type and fit easily in pocket, wallet or purse or can be attached to a mobile phone case.

A cardboard display unit holds 30 pieces.

B+D’s Screen Light Blockers filter the blue light emitted by digital devices and feature UV 400 protection.

The Digital range, which is without magnification, was developed with millennials in mind while Blue Ban is available in diopters from 1.00 to 3.00.

The glasses come in a PET case and B+D’s floor display (45 x 30 x 140cm) holds up to 160 units.

A counter display (35 x 30 x14cm), which holds 15 pieces is also available, along with a customisable wall unit.

As reported, B+D extended its Solskin sunglasses collection earlier this year. The range was developed with an ‘easy to exhibit, easy to sell’ approach and high traffic locations in mind.
