Much respected: Brian Woodhead |
UK. London Heathrow Airport Retail Concessions Director Brian Woodhead is to change positions at parent company BAA and become Terminal Operations Director – Terminal 4 at the airport.
In a note to the trade the much-respected Woodhead said: “This is a great opportunity for me personally but I will, at the same time, miss the retail world at Heathrow.
“We have had an extremely positive performance within retail at Heathrow over the past two to three years, and the early signs are very positive for 2011 – for which I am extremely grateful to my team and also your support and partnership in achieving such outstanding results.”
A successor to Woodhead’s retail role is expected to be chosen in the near future.
