Burberry expands Heathrow presence with new T5 boutique

The opening in T5 means Burberry now has a presence across all four terminals at Heathrow Airport

UK. Luxury fashion brand Burberry has opened a new store at London Heathrow Terminal 5.

The 847sq ft store, which opened its doors to passengers this week, offers a wide range of accessories including bags, small leather goods, timepieces and sunglasses as well as ready-to-wear items from the Burberry London womenswear collection and Burberry Prorsum collection.

Outerwear including the iconic Burberry trench coat will also be available in the new store.

The store harnesses the Burberry store design concept developed by Burberry Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey where British materials and themes are used throughout the store.

Video walls showcase Burberry content including footage from the brand’s Burberry Prorsum catwalk shows, giving passengers a taste of the runway.

The latest opening in Terminal 5 means the fashion brand now has a presence across the entire airport with stores in all four terminals.

Heathrow Retail Concessions Director Brian Woodhead said: “We are really pleased to be able to announce the opening of the Burberry store at Terminal 5 – the brand’s heritage and cutting-edge designs make it a firm favourite amongst travellers.

“The store will strengthen the luxury fashion offering at Heathrow and deliver on our promise of providing passengers with an exciting and engaging shopping experience.”
