SWITZERLAND. Caviar House & Prunier aims to stir the senses with the first in a new series of eight ‘Love’ gift boxes, comprising Saint-James caviar, a Prunier caviar book and a CD of love songs, in a Yves Saint-Laurent designed tin.
Saint-James caviar is, says the Swiss company, “one of the most refined creations produced by the Prunier manufactory”. It is prepared according to ancient Persian recipes, using salt supplied by masters of the Caspian Sea and reaches its peak after maturing for 45 days. The caviar first came to prominence in 1932 at the inauguration of the Prunier restaurant on St James Street in London.

To associate our unique Prunier Caviar St-James with the word love is not only a testimony to our own passion for fine caviar, but also a tribute to those wonderful moments in which fine caviar is a special treat.”
