The awards were presented at a glittering gala event held during the seventh annual Airport Food and Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards in Helsinki this week, hosted by Finavia and organised by The Moodie Davitt Report and The Foodie Report.
The gala evening was hosted by SSP. A special e-Zine exploring the winning concepts – and reviewing the FAB conference – will be published in coming weeks.
