SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group has issued a request for interested companies to take part in a Direct Approach exercise for the mid-price fashion and fashion accessories/cosmetics and skincare concession at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3, Basement Level 2 North.
Available are eight units ranging in size from 49sq m to 111sq m. Contracts will run for between three years and three years, eight months.
The deadline for submissions is 30 November.
In related news, Changi Airport Group has called for submissions for a series of Open Category concessions, also via direct approach from interested companies.
“We are looking for brand with a proven track record over the years and will differentiate the retail offerings at Terminal 3,” the company said. “The premises are strategically located near the entrance/exit of Car Park 3A, Popeyes and Kopitiam Food Court.
“In addition to Changi Airport’s staff and passengers, families and young adults make up most of the crowd. Shuttle services are also provided from nearby Changi Business Park to ferry the workers to the airport on certain weekdays during lunch. On weekends and public holidays we offer hourly shuttle services from Sengkang and Ang Mo Kio.”
There are three units on offer, each of around 50sq m. Contracts run for either two years and eleven months or three years and three months. Submissions are due by 2 December.
