Duty Free Philippines teams up with Parque España Residence Hotel to offer exclusive guest benefits

PHILIPPINES. Duty Free Philippines (DFP) and LBC Properties-operated Parque España Residence Hotel have partnered to offer shared benefits, giving customers access to exclusive duty-free shopping privileges and discounted hotel stays.

Running from today (17 October) to 16 October 2026, the partnership grants Balikbayan Plus members -10% off and Premier Club members -15% off hotel rates. Non-members staying at Parque España Residence Hotel can receive a one-time shopping privilege at Luxe Duty Free and Fiestamall upon presenting their booking.

The joint initiative aims to boost guest value through duty-free shopping privileges and leisure offerings

The partnership was formalised at a signing ceremony held at Parque España Residence Hotel, attended by Duty Free Philippines Deputy COO for Finance and Administration Leofredo J. Martinez; LBC Properties Inc. President Janet T. Ong; Property Sales and Marketing Head Jovie B. Sundiam; Chief Finance Officer Evelyn P. Alindogan; and Parque España Residence Hotel Business Development Head Eric M. Montoya.

The partnership is designed to deliver added value and convenience to travellers through premium accommodations and duty-free shopping benefits.

In a social media post, the retailer noted that the collaboration enforces their shared commitment to expanding customer benefits and supporting tourism and retail growth in the Philippines.
