SINGAPORE. Bid amounts have been announced for the brand name Western speciality coffee concession at Singapore Changi Airport’s Departure/Transit Lounge North, Terminal 2. The concession runs from 15 November 2006 to 14 November 2009.
The full list of eight tenderers and their bids is as follows:
1. BINA INVESTMENT PTE LTD: An additional rental of : i) 23% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales from S$1 to S$70,000; ii) 28% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales above S$70,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$16,100 per month, whichever is higher.
2. COFFEE CLUB PTE LTD: An additional rental of : i) 22% of the total monthly gross sales for the first year; ii) 23% of the total monthly gross sales for the second year; and iii) 25% of the total monthly gross sales for the third year. The minimum monthly guaranteed payment to CAAS is S$0.
3. DELIFRANCE SINGAPORE PTE LTD An additional rental of: i) 27% of the total monthly gross sales for the first year; ii) 26% of the total monthly gross sales for the second year; and iii) 26% of the total monthly gross sales for the third year, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$18,800 per month, whichever is higher.
4. DOME COFFEES (S) PTE LTD: An additional rental of: 10% of total monthly gross sales; OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$8,000 per month, whichever is higher.
5. NUANCE-WATSON (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD: An additional rental of: i) 21% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales up to S$66,666; ii) 25% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales above S$66,666 and up to S$83,333; iii) 30% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales above S$83,333 and up to S$100,000; iv) 38% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales above S$100,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$20,800 per month, whichever is higher.
6. Pammas Pte Ltd: An additional rental of: i) 17% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales from S$1 to S$110,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$13,000 per month, whichever is higher; ii) 18% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales from S$110,001 to S$125,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$15,000 per month, whichever is higher; iii) 19% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales from S$125,001 to S$140,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$18,000 per month, whichever is higher; iv) 20% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales from S$140,001 upwards, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$20,000 per month, whichever is higher.
7. SPINELLI PTE LTD: An additional rental of: i) 20% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales up to S$70,000; ii) 22% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales above S$70,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$10,000 per month, whichever is higher.
8. STARBUCKS COFFEE SINGAPORE PTE LTD: An additional rental of: i) 15% of total monthly gross sales for total monthly gross sales up to S$75,000; ii) 18% of total monthly gross sales from first dollar of sales onwards for total monthly gross sales above S$75,000 and up to S$90,000; iii) 20% of total monthly gross sales from first dollar of sales onwards for total monthly gross sales above S$90,000 and up to S$110,000; iv) 22% of total monthly gross sales from first dollar of sales onwards for total monthly gross sales above S$110,000 and up to S$130,000; v) 24% of total monthly gross sales from first dollar of sales onwards for total monthly gross sales above S$130,000, OR a minimum monthly guaranteed payment of S$8,000 per month, whichever is higher.
In addition to the coffee concession, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has revealed the bids for the brand name F&B kiosk concessions at T2’s Departure/Transit Lounge North. The concessions run from 1 November 2006 to 30 April 2008.
Concession A covers a brand name Halal-certified kiosk, while Concession B comprises a Asian/Local speciality kiosk outlet.
The bidders’ list and the bid amounts are as follows:
1. BENGAWAN SOLO PTE LTD – CONCESSION B: An additional rental of: 10% of total monthly gross sales OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$5,288 per month, whichever is higher.
2. JOLLIBEAN FOODS PTE LTD – CONCESSION B: An additional rental of: 12% of total monthly gross sales OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$3,000 per month, whichever is higher.
3. SUPER BEAN INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD – CONCESSION B: An additional rental amounting to: 10% of total monthly gross sales for sales above S$20,000 per month OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$700 per month, whichever is higher; 12% of total monthly gross sales from first dollar of sales for sales above S$30,000 per month OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$700, whichever is higher; 15% of total monthly gross sales from the first dollar of sales for sales above S$45,000 per month OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$700, whichever is higher.
4. VANTAGE GOURMET PTE LTD – CONCESSION A: An additional rental of: 12% of total monthly gross sales OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$5,000 per month, whichever is higher. CONCESSION B – An additional rental of: 12% of total monthly gross sales OR a Minimum Monthly Guaranteed payment of S$5,000 per month, whichever is higher.
