ELR said the airport venue’s space reflects Saddle’s warm, minimalist aesthetic, tailored for the travel environment.

Saddle Café Founder Mohamed Matar Al Falasi said, “We are proud to open our very first franchise for Saddle and partnering with a fellow homegrown establishment like ELR, which shares our values of quality, integrity and community, makes this milestone even more meaningful.

“We look forward to providing a warm and memorable experience for both visitors and residents arriving in our city.”

MMI & Emirates Leisure Retail Group CEO Tyrone Reid commented: “Today marks an important milestone for us as we officially open the first franchise for a celebrated Emirati brand like Saddle. We’re proud to support a brand with the same values that align perfectly with ELR’s vision for creating exceptional dining experiences and showcasing the UAE’s unique hospitality to travellers from around the world.”

Dubai Airports highlighted the opening as part of its broader strategy to enhance passenger experience.

Dubai Airports Chief Commercial Officer Eugene Barry said: “Saddle’s debut at DXB reflects our intention of rolling out distinctive concepts and services which resonate with our guests. We are delighted to extend our partnership with ELR and to welcome Saddle to Terminal 3 – the gateway to Dubai and beyond.” ‍
