Estée Lauder’s new Pure Color Lipstick |
INTERNATIONAL. Estée Lauder has introduced a new collection of Pure Color lipsticks. They began rolling out in travel retail worldwide from 1 March.
The lipsticks feature high-performance formulas, fused with an expansive shade palette, according to the brand. They are said to deliver the highest quality colour performance, shine and wear.
“These lipsticks are so easy to fall in love with – it’s about so much more than just looking pretty, it’s about making a statement with your lips,” noted Estée Lauder Creative Makeup Director Tom Pecheux.
The new Pure Color line comprises two different formulas: Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick and Pure Color Cystal Lipstick. The former is available in 15 shades, and offers long-lasting, fade-proof wear via medium to full coverage. The latter is available in 13 shimmering shades, and delivers sheer to medium coverage.
Both lipsticks feature True VisionTM Technology, which incorporates intense, highly pigmented shades for a saturated, colour rich application, Lauder maintains. Concentrated pigments are wrapped into a crystalline laminate polymer for a multi-dimensional look that is magnified and rich in colour. In addition, apricot kernel, shea butter and Vitamins C and E deliver intense moisturisation.
The lipsticks are presented in the classic Lauder golden-mirrored packaging, accented with a transparent cube at the base which offers a preview of the shade inside.
