
Everrich Duty Free has strengthened its sustainability credentials by achieving ISO 14064-1 Carbon Footprint Verification at Taoyuan International Airport, certified by the British Standards Institution (BSI).
This achievement highlights the company’s efforts to contribute to global responses to climate change and sustainable development.
Everrich Duty Free continues to advance its CSR and ESG agenda, leading the way as Taiwan’s first travel retailer to issue a sustainability report and to voluntarily complete carbon footprints across 13 sites.
Its Taoyuan logistics hub alone has reduced nearly 300 metric tonnes of emissions in the past two years.

The retailer has also been honoured for its workplace diversity and inclusion at the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Action Awards, reinforcing its broader commitment to sustainability in the travel retail sector.
Everrich Duty Free leads in inclusive employment, hiring people with disabilities and indigenous staff beyond legal requirements, alongside 300 new immigrants and Southeast Asian interns.
Its commitment extends to community service, with all employees volunteering to support orphanages and senior care institutions.

Alongside certification from the Ministry of Health and Welfare as a Healthy Workplace, the company has been acknowledged with the HR Asia Best Employer Brand Award. These recognitions contributed to its success at the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Action Awards, making it only travel retailer in Taiwan to receive the honour.
