Eye Airports unveils world-first advertising screen at Stansted Airport

UK. Eye Airports has unveiled a giant, curved advertising screen at London Stansted Airport, the first of its kind in the world.

The 12-metre screen integrates digital copy with flight information, which the airport advertising specialist claims will “maximise consumer engagement”.

Managing Director of Eye Airports Sarah Parkes said: “This product offers an unparalleled platform for advertisers to inspire and engage with audiences at London Stansted Airport. It is one of the most advanced LED screens which, together with its size, brings optimum value to any advertising copy.”

With a second screen soon to be installed, the project is the latest step in an £8 million investment spanning London Gatwick, Manchester, Stansted, Bristol and Newcastle airports. It is also the largest investment in UK advertising this decade, said Eye.
