French gourmet food specialist Fauchon will launch a new concept into travel retail with an appearance at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes later this month (Riviera Village, RD-7).
The retail concept is named Food Artist, and will sell luxury food gifts created by Fauchon chefs.

Fauchon, which operates more than sixty stores and restaurants around the world, said that the physical aspects of the retail concept have been in development for more than a year with the Paris-headquartered international architecture and design practice REV.
As a result, Food Artist will have various retail configurations including free-standing displays, shop-in-shop corners, kiosks and mini-shops.
