Ferrero Travel Market launches new premium Ferrero Rocher gift box

Ferrero Travel Market has boosted its offering to the travel retail gifting segment with the launch of the new Ferrero Rocher Cube, which was presented at the TFWA Asia Pacific exhibition last month.

This premium cube-shaped box contains 15 gold-foil wrapped Ferrero Rochers, made from layers of crispy wafer covered in milk chocolate with a hazelnut at the centre.

Available exclusively in travel retail, the Ferrero Rocher Cube 190g  will be initially listed in Asia before rolling out in markets elsewhere in 2014.

“We are delighted with the initial response to the Ferrero Rocher Cube from members of the travel retail community who saw it previewed at TFWA Asia Pacific,” said Ferrero Travel Market General Manager Francois Godin.

“This is a very attractive and compact sku which combines the quality of the world-famous Ferrero Rocher, the elegance of a golden gift cube and the uniqueness of a travel retail exclusive. We expect it to be welcomed by retailers and customers all over the world.”

In addition to Ferrero Rocher Cube, the company also launched a new gift box for its Confetteria Raffaello brand at the Singapore show. The 200g coffret is also a travel retail exclusive.

Described as delivering “˜chocolate-free pleasure’, Raffaello confections are a blend of almonds from California, selected coconut from the Pacific Islands, and natural vanilla from Madagascar. The almonds are first enrobed in a fine milk cream, then covered with a crisp wafer and sprinkled with shredded coconut.
