Hooters American Restaurant and Sports Bar has opened its first airport location worldwide in Frankfurt Airport |
GERMANY. Frankfurt Airport welcomed Hooters American Restaurant and Sports Bar last month as the latter opened its first airport location worldwide at the Airport City Mall Frankfurt.
Operated by WingsPort GmbH, the restaurant and bar is located at the Airport City Mall Frankfurt in Terminal 1, Area C, above the Regional Train Station.
The new franchise operation – with the motto “˜Hooters makes you happy!’ – features a menu containing a wide variety of typically American sandwiches, chicken wings, desserts, burgers, and seafood specialities.
Styled after American cheerleaders, the Hooters Girls and their relaxed and friendly service are part of the restaurant concept. Numerous flat-screen monitors are positioned around the sports bar, presenting international sporting events. There is also a small souvenir shop.
Hooters Frankfurt Airport seats 190 people and features a Biergarten for up to 70 guests. It is open daily from 11am to 12pm (www.hooters-fra-airport.de).
With the opening of Hooters, Frankfurt Airport now has some 250 retail stores, restaurants and service outlets.
