Coty has extended the Gucci Beauty fragrance line with Gucci Flora Gorgeous Magnolia Eau de Parfum. The scent is available in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml formats and is now available in global travel retail.
The fragrance was created by Perfumers Daphné Bugey and Marie Salamagne. It is centred around a Magnolia Alba note. The rare plant requires a specific harvest and distillation process and offers a fruity, floral and clary-sage aroma.
This is blended with Magnolia essence, Dewberries accord, Patchouli essence, Bloom Woods, a Coconut accord and Jasmine Sambac Absolute.
The fragrance is housed in a vintage-inspired purple lacquered bottle which is decorated with the house’s signature Flora pattern. The pattern features vibrant floral motifs and rich hues which adorn both the bottle and the outer packaging.
American singer/songwriter Miley Cyrus returns as the face of the #FlorFantasy line. The #FloraFantasy universe features surreal and whimsical motifs with each scent built around one key flower.
The latest campaign was created by Canadian artist Petra Collins who brings Cyrus’ imaginative inner world to life with makeup looks created by Gucci Makeup Artist Thomas de Kluyver.
In the new visual, Cyrus holds the Gucci Flora Gorgeous Magnolia bottle in the sun in an outdoor space with pastel-tinted skies, conjuring the “surrealist spirit” of the #FloraFantasy collection, according to the brand owner. ✈
