US. Distributor Fonbelle Americas is introducing a new souvenir range of confectionery called The Liberty Candies to the US travel retail market.

The range will be showcased in the US for the first time at the upcoming IAADFS show in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in April (Booth 2112).

“We have been very successful in Europe with our range of candies and have decided to launch the same concept for the US market,” said President Rodolphe Grosset. “Our products are gifts/souvenirs oriented with a unique design. We are simply responding to a demand from several of our clients.”

Two innovative packaging concepts are offered:

·An exclusive 100g glass bottle in the shape of the Statue of Liberty filled with red, white and blue pressed candies. Dubbed “the American patriotic souvenir”, the bottle retails at US$12.

·An exclusive 200g tin box in the shape of the US showing the best-known American icons (Mount Rushmore, Golden Gate Bridge) and containing wrapped candies. The tin retails at US$15.
