UK. British fine food & drink specialist Fortnum & Mason this week opened a pop-up store at London Heathrow Terminal 4.
Bringing a touch of Piccadilly in central London to the airport, the pop-up offers passengers an opportunity to explore Fortnum’s signature products ahead of their trips.
Situated among other luxury retailers, the pop-up’s design draws inspiration from travel trunks, creating an immersive and visually engaging retail experience.
The centrepiece of the space is a striking hot air balloon model, inviting travellers to step inside and explore products displayed on the inner shelves of the modular design.
The pop-up features a curated selection of Fortnum & Mason’s most celebrated products. Travellers can browse renowned tea blends such as the Royal Blend, Fortnum’s Sparkling Tea, as well as the Lossus biscuit range.
They can also shop a variety of preserves, sweet treats and other quintessential Fortnum’s favourites.
In addition, daily product samplings will allow travellers to enjoy Fortnum’s offerings firsthand. The sampling menu will change regularly, ensuring visitors discover something new with every visit.
Notably, the pop-up offers bespoke personalisation services for Fortnum’s Champagne and Sparkling Tea ranges. Customers can create personalised labels with bespoke messages, elevating their gifts with a special touch.
Gift boxes and digital messaging solutions are also available, including an innovative video messaging feature that allows customers to record a personalised video to accompany their gift.
The pop-up coincides with the 10th anniversary of Fortnum & Mason’s first Heathrow location in Terminal 5. The Terminal 4 pop-up will remain in place until September 2025, extending the brand’s presence at the UK gateway. ✈
