HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) is inviting proposals for two concessions in Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1.
A speciality packaged food contract involves two units, including a 25sq m space on Level 6 of the Departures North Concourse and a 42sq m space on Level 6 of the Midfield Concourse.
The athleisure/fashion accessories opportunity is for a 177sq m store on Level 6 of the Departures West Hall.
AAHK described both tenders as an “extraordinary business opportunity in a premier location”.

Proposals for both concessions must be submitted by 4 March, 4pm (Hong Kong time).
Announcing the tenders, AAHK said: “HKIA is a world-class international transport hub with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock facilities. Through offering premium food and services, the authority strives to provide the best shopping experience for our passengers.”
The tender documents are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS website.
Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$641) to access the documents. ✈
