GERMANY. Passenger traffic at Frankfurt Airport climbed by +1.4% year-on-year in October to 5.5 million. The growth came despite 1,100 pilots’ strike-related flight cancellations which affected about 137,500 passengers. Without the strike by the pilots’ union, Frankfurt Airport would have seen underlying passenger growth of about +4%, said Fraport Group.
