USA. Fraport USA has expanded Nashville International Airport’s (BNA) concessions programme with a fresh mix of dining, retail and entertainment concepts around Concourse A.
Set to open in 2028, the US$855 million Concourse A expansion will feature a line-up of local, regional and national brands showcasing Nashville’s entrepreneurial spirit, culture and character.

Fraport Nashville Vice President of Operations Karl Ebert said, “We are so excited to continue to expand on our award-winning concessions programme here at BNA.
“The new Concourse A will feature even more of the best restaurants that Nashville has to offer, while also giving travellers a taste of several different cuisine types.
“We are also thrilled to have two very new and specific retail stores that will highlight the entire Nashville community and the neighbourhoods that define the creative culture this city is known for.”
Among the new retail and dining options to open at Concourse A are:

Chief’s: The new airport concept brings the energy, personality and hospitality of country music star Eric Church’s popular Broadway destination to Concourse A.
Hawkers: Expanding its Nashville presence to the airport, the Florida-based Asian street food restaurant will serve a diverse menu of Asian-inspired dishes to travellers
Burger Republic: A popular Nashville dining spot, the restaurant will bring its best-selling gourmet burgers to Concourse A, alongside creative menu offerings and local craft beer.
Dunkin’ After Dark: Making its Nashville Airport debut, Dunkin’ will bring more than its traditional coffee and doughnuts to Concourse A. The concept will feature all-day coffee service alongside Dunkin’ After Dark, described as a first-of-its-kind bar serving alcoholic beverages.
Freshens: The concept will offer fresh, convenient fare, with healthy fast-casual options including açai bowls, flatbreads and salads for passengers on the go.
Nashville Remix: Alongside traditional travel essentials, the store will feature a bottle shop, tasting bar and photo opportunity, adding a distinctly Nashville touch to the offer.
Greatest Hits: Celebrating Nashville’s musical heritage, the new apparel and gift shop will offer music-inspired merchandise and gifts. The store will serve as a sister location to Nashville Jam Session at T-Gates.

The Concourse A concessions programme, developed in collaboration with the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, reflects Fraport USA’s focus on locally relevant experiences.
The opening of Concourse A marks another stage in BNA’s growth, adding capacity to meet rising passenger demand while expanding the range of services available to travellers.
Fraport USA’s approach extends beyond adding restaurants and retail outlets, with a concessions programme designed to reflect the local community, while providing Nashville businesses a platform to reach millions of travellers while showcasing the city’s culinary, musical and cultural character.
Ebert added, “BNA is often a traveller’s first introduction to Nashville and, for many, their last taste of the city before heading home.
“We want every part of that experience to feel authentic to Nashville. Concourse A gives us an incredible opportunity to build on what we have created at BNA and introduce travellers to even more of the people, businesses, music and creativity that make this city so special.” ✈
