Gebr. Heinemann names Johannes Sammann as VP People & Culture and Rajshree Dugar Asia Pacific CEO

GERMANY/SINGAPORE. Gebr. Heinemann today (30 March) revealed a key leadership transition with current CEO Heinemann Asia Pacific Johannes Sammann becoming Vice President People & Culture at the company’s Hamburg headquarters. effective 1 September.

The highly respected executive brings 25 years of experience with Gebr. Heinemann across Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Singapore and Sydney. His deep understanding of the company’s operational business and culture will play a central role in further developing People & Culture as a strategic driver of the Heinemann Group, the company said.

Ché Lewer-Alpman, Johannes Sammann’s predecessor as Vice President People & Culture, has decided to step down in her capacity to dedicate more time to her family and pursue new personal and professional opportunities outside Gebr. Heinemann.

Responsibility for the Heinemann Asia Pacific region will transition to Rajshree Dugar, currently CFO of the regional headquarters in Singapore. She will lead the continued restructuring of the regional business and the implementation of strategic priorities.
