Global restaurateur HMSHost has partnered with Canadian dining specialist Boston Pizza International to open an outlet at Edmonton International Airport.
Located at EIA Central Tower, past International and Domestic Security, the space is the brand’s first at an airport. Boston Pizza is said to be Canada’s largest casual dining brand, operating more than 370 restaurants throughout the country, with 107 outlets in Alberta and 25 in Edmonton.
Boston Pizza’s menu includes gourmet hand-pressed dough pizzas, made daily in-house. Customers can choose pizza crust, dipping sauce, cheese, and toppings or select from a Boston Pizza range which includes Spicy Perogy, a combination of sour cream, bacon, and Cactus Cut Potatoes with mozzarella and cheddar, topped with green onions and sour cream.
