NORTH AMERICA. Avolta company Hudson has named Lester Adams (pictured) as Vice President of Business Development for the USA and Canada.
He is tasked with winning and retaining airport contracts, maintaining landlord relations and improving portfolio real estate values across nearly 90 travel venues in North America.
Adams has had a 25-year career spanning strategy, international business, franchising, licensing and finance roles. He most recently served as Vice President of Global Business Development – Location Based Experiences for Paramount Global.
He played a key role in strategy, branding and negotiating license agreements for prominent entertainment brands across hotels, theme parks, restaurants and family entertainment centres.
Other previous roles include Regional Vice President at Choice Hotels International, Vice President of Franchise Relations for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association and Director of Marketing Planning at InterContinental Hotels Group.
