THAILAND. Today’s images, in photo and video form and complemented much more extensively on The Moodie Blog, show scenes of both joy and remembrance at the wedding on Sunday of King Power Group CEO Aiyawatt ‘Top’ Srivaddhanaprabha and his long-time partner Nuntisa ‘Oil’ Tunyongvej in Bangkok.
The video captures the beautiful scenes as the happy couple made their way into the giant wedding reception hall and onto the stage.
Amid all the celebrations, there was a deeply poignant moment as a giant image of Khun Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, Khun Top’s father, so tragically lost to a helicopter crash near his beloved Leicester City Football Club’s ground in October 2018, appeared on the screen behind the newly weds.
It was a beautiful, underplayed tribute, one that rightly did not ovewhelm the joyousness of the wedding day but wrapped it instead in a deeply touching embrace. ✈
