Imperial Brands restructures Global Travel, Rizla and Nordics divisions into new cluster

Imperial Brands has announced the creation of a Global Travel, Rizla & Nordics (GTR&N) Cluster, bringing together its duty-free, travel retail and Nordic domestic market operations under one structure. The transition will be completed on 1 October.

The newly formed cluster integrates the Nordic domestic markets with the existing Global Travel & Rizla unit, creating a broader platform to serve consumers and partners across multiple channels.

The GTR&N Cluster will be led by Pierpaolo Pascucci, who has been heading the Duty Free, Global Travel & Rizla division. His remit now extends to include the Nordic domestic markets, a move designed to ensure consistency of strategy and execution across the business.

Imperial Brands General Manager Duty Free, Travel Retail, Export & Rizla Pierpaolo Pascucci commented: “This integration represents an exciting step for our consumers. By combining Global Travel, Rizla and the Nordics into one cluster, we can bring greater focus, agility and collaboration to the way we support our partners.

“For duty free and travel retail, this means an even stronger platform to showcase innovation and drive growth. For the Nordics, it offers the scale and expertise of a dedicated international cluster. We look forward to building on these opportunities together.”

The company said the new configuration is intended to create stronger synergies across categories and geographies, supporting long-term growth.
