MALAYSIA. Swiss watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre has launched the legendary Master Memovox range with Valiram-owned Swiss Watch Gallery at the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shopping mall.

The glamorous launch event was attended by watch connoisseurs, brand enthusiasts and Swiss Watch Gallery customers. Held at Le Meridien’s fine Italian dining outlet, Favola, the guest were serenaded by contemporary jazz tunes, an eclectic menu and a memorable tranquil ambience.
During the evening, Jaeger-LeCoultre Managing Director South East Asia Patrick Boutellier presented the new Master Memovox to the guests and demonstrated its ringing tunes.
Jaeger-LeCoultre originally unveiled the Master Memovox some 60 years ago and the brand has now been launched with a contemporary new version.
The company also offers a second model inspired by the landmark watch: the Master Memovox International, introduced for the brand’s 125th anniversary in 1958 and also known as the Memovox Worldtimer.
The timepiece, which has an alarm disc featuring different towns and regions, is produced in two limited editions in 18ct pink gold and in steel. Additionally, these new versions of the legendary watch are fitted with the company’s Calibre 956, which is the direct descendant of the first automatic alarm watch movement introduced in 1956.
Jaeger-LeCoultre has partnered with Swiss Watch Gallery for many years, where its stores provide both Malaysian and foreign clientele an opportunity to own iconic timepieces.
