Kenneth Cole makes a Bold statement with new men’s fragrance

Kenneth Cole has harnessed the energy and confidence of New York to create a strong new masculine fragrance: Kenneth Cole Black Bold

Kenneth Cole Black Bold, a new men’s fragrance set to launch in December, has been inspired by the ‘strength, power and confidence’ of life in New York.

This is reflected in the fragrance’s tagline – ‘Find Your Bold’.

Talking about the importance New York has on his eponymous fashion brand, Kenneth Cole explained: “For more than 30 years, the company has embraced the essence of New York – its boldness, its energy, and its diversity. I wanted Black Bold to do just that – to celebrate the confident individuals who are the protagonists in their own personal stories of resilience, optimism and ambition.”

The fragrance contains top notes of chilled watermint and frozen ginger; a heart of incense smoke and ancient cedar leaf and a base of black suede, blonde woods and leathery musks.

Firmenich Master Perfumer Harry Fremont created the fragrance. “I was inspired by pushing the boundaries of fragrance and making an impact with certain notes,” he said. “I created a chilled feeling wrapped around the warmth of the core of the fragrance. It embodies the feeling of a strong masculine exterior with a confident, yet caring interior, which in total are all reflective of the beauty of human strength.”

The bottle is sleek and minimal in line with Kenneth Cole’s signature style, wrapped in a luxe, leather-like material.

Kenneth Cole Black Bold eau de parfum will be available in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml.
