SINGAPORE. King Power International (Hong Kong) has opened a Paul & Shark shop-in shop as part of the retailer’s fashion concession in Singapore Changi Airport terminal one.

The store, the brand’s Changi debut, is about 35sq m. King Power was awarded the T1 fashion concession last year and took over the concession at the end of the first quarter. It has now secured an impressive line-up of brands for the generic store and says that more major openings are expected in the next two months.

Paul & Shark Vice-President Andrea Dini said: “We’re delighted that we have opened this first monobrand shop in Singapore, which is a crucial market for the development of our duty free and non duty free business in south East Asia. We’re also extremely happy about having started our collaboration with such a reliable and good partner as King Power.”

King Power Group Director of Merchandising and Operations Sunil Tuli added: “We have seen the development and growth of this brand, particularly in our core markets, and are very pleased to have made this association with them for Singapore. I am very positive about the performance of the brand, as it is attractive and good quality. Singapore is an important market for us, and we value the support of the brands that we represent.”
