Kraków Airport tenders commercial space at upgraded international terminal

POLAND. Kraków Airport has launched a tender for retail operations including duty free at its newly expanded international terminal.

The airport is tendering nine airside units and eight airside outlets covering retail categories including duty free, regional products, souvenirs, clothing, leather goods, jewellery, watches, sunglasses, drugstore and groceries. Two outlets and two kiosk spaces are offered with no product categories specified.

The two duty free locations, covering 504sq m and 65sq m – will be mostly open by July 2015, with one section of the bigger shop to open in November. Duty free concessions will run at least until 2022, while all other concessions will run until at least 2020.

The deadline for duty free tender submissions is 19 January 2015 at 12am local time. Most other tenders are due by 16 February at 3pm.
