ASIA PACIFIC. Lagardère Travel Retail has named Jennifer Bleriot as Executive Vice President Merchandising & Commercial Asia Pacific, effective from 1 April. She will be based in the company’s regional Singapore office from June. She succeeds Annabelle Chung, who left the company last month.
Bleriot has over 15 years of experience in retail, nearly ten of which have been with Lagardère Travel Retail in Paris. In her most recent role she served as Food Director, managing buying and merchandising in the confectionery and fine food category worldwide.
Her previous roles with Lagardère Travel Retail included overseeing spirits & wine purchasing for Asia Pacific, spanning locations such as Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

She previously spent five years with leading French supermarket Intermarché, contributing to the chain’s international development in Asia.
Bleriot reports to Lagardère Travel Retail Chief Commercial & Digital Officer Lylian Vignau.
Lagardère Travel Retail’s regional procurement office in Singapore was established last year, following a commercial reorganisation designed to empower local teams to negotiate directly with suppliers, as well as anticipate market trends and tailor product offers to local demand, while implementing strategic initiatives driven by the company’s central structure.
Lylian Vignau said, “We are delighted to appoint Jennifer as head of our regional Singapore office, where her experience will be a significant asset for us.
“Asia Pacific is a dynamic, diverse and often challenging market, and Jennifer will help optimise our existing operations, strengthen our ability to respond to market changes, and also assist in evaluating opportunities for further development. The Board and I wish her every success in her new role.”
Jennifer Bleriot added, “This is a very exciting opportunity to help Lagardère Travel Retail achieve its ambitions in Asia Pacific, a region in which I’ve been fortunate to work already during my time with the company.
“My task will be to ensure that we are ready and able to adapt our regional product offer to emerging trends and spending patterns, in close collaboration with our airport and brand partners.
“I’m looking forward very much to working with our team in Asia and with our suppliers to unlock new value in the region and position Lagardère Travel Retail for continued growth.” ✈
