USA. Houston Airports has announced the award of a new food & beverage contract at William P. Hobby Airport. ACDBE (Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Program) business LaTrelle’s Management will open ten new venues under a ten-year agreement from April 2023.
The contract winner has been operating concessions at the two major Houston airports – George Bush Intercontinental and William P. Hobby – for the past 35 years.

The new agreement is expected to be worth up to US$74 million in revenue to Houston Airports across the duration of the contract.
The F&B programme will feature a combination of local Houston and national brands. The local concepts include Common Bond Bistro and Bakery, Velvet Taco, Pinks Pizza and Dish Society. Venues for national brands Wendy’s, Pee’s Coffee, Dunkin’ Donuts and Jersey Mike’s Subs will also open.
Houston Airports said Houston City Council will review a second concessions contract for William P. Hobby Airport in the coming months.
William P. Hobby Airport served more than 7 million passengers in 2019 and last year became the first US airport to be awarded 5-star status by international air transport rating agency Skytrax. Only 16 airports worldwide currently hold such a rating.
