L’OCCITANE Group has appointed Mark Edington as General Manager, Travel Retail EMEA & Americas, effective immediately.
Edington brings more than 25 years’ leadership experience in luxury and lifestyle brand management and retail in beauty, fashion and premium spirits having held senior roles at Dior and Burberry.
He most recently served as Aesop Brand General Manager and Global Director of Business Development.
In his new role at L’OCCITANE Travel Retail, Edington will accelerate market share growth, strengthen customer engagement, enhance the group’s footprint and advance projects aligned with the company’s long-term global vision.
During his tenure at Aesop, Edington expanded business development across global channels, including travel retail. He supported the integration of Aesop’s regional operations within L’Oréal Luxe following the brand’s acquisition, and developed partnerships across hospitality and aviation.

Earlier in his career, Edington managed travel retail and key international markets at Burberry. During this time, he delivered double-digit growth and brand elevation through close collaboration with distributors, retailers and travel retail operators.
