Michael Kors celebrates World Handbag Day with Moodie Davitt homepage makeover

The Empire print, first launched as hardware, has now become a signature motif for Michael Kors

It’s World Handbag Day (10 October) and The Moodie Davitt Report has teamed up with Michael Kors for a homepage makeover celebrating the launch of the brand’s new Empire Signature Logo print.

The campaign features the latest visuals from the MICHAEL Michael Kors campaign starring American model Grace Elizabeth.

Inspired by the architecture of New York City, Michael Kors’ graphic Empire logo first launched as hardware and quickly became an emblem of the brand.

This new print showcases the MK initials in a repeating chain-link motif with tonal variations that nod to the gleam of the original hardware and add understated dimension to each handbag.

The print is available in a variety of rich neutrals and is comes in silhouettes of all shapes and sizes. On everyday tote bags, travel-ready cross-bodies, fashion-forward shoulder bags and more, the Empire Logo print delivers a luxury finish.
