Much-respected travel retail executive Nadine Heubel is seeking additional participants for a quantitative research survey exploring identity beyond professional titles and roles, as part of her forthcoming book, Untitling.
Heubel, whose experience includes senior executive roles with Hugo Boss, Gebr. Heinemann, Newmark and Sodexo Live!, aims to gather 364 responses to ensure statistical relevance.
Of the 218 responses received to date, around 70% are from women and 30% from men, prompting her to seek additional male respondents to improve gender balance.
The anonymous survey examines how people’s sense of identity is affected when professional titles and other defining labels change, disappear or no longer fit.
Responses may be analysed and reported in aggregate, while anonymous written responses may be quoted in the research and resulting publications.
Inspired by her own journey, research and the experiences of others, Untitling explores how people can build resilient identities that adapt and evolve through change, particularly when navigating transitions or moving beyond roles that have long defined them.
