Nohaca brings authentic Mexican spirit to Dubai Duty Free in Middle East travel retail debut

Premium positioning and authentic brand storytelling underpin Nohaca’s Middle East travel retail debut at Dubai Duty Free

UAE. Nohaca Tequila has made its Middle East travel retail debut, securing a listing with Dubai Duty Free through a partnership with Vintage International at Dubai International Airport.

The launch advances the brand’s global growth ambitions, with Nohaca Plata 1L (RRP US$95) and Nohaca Reposado 1L (RRP US$110) now available with the retailer.

The partnership will showcase Nohaca’s sustainable additive-free, single-origin tequila through a dedicated retail presence and concourse activations, promoting the brand’s heritage and craftsmanship.

Derived from nómadas haciendo caminos (‘nomads making paths’), the brand’s philosophy resonates with Dubai’s role as a global gateway.

Founded by former Diageo and Silent Pool Gin executive Adam Dobson, Nohaca produces premium tequila from the highlands of Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico, guided by three core principles: discovery, reverence and mastery.

The brand targets what it describes as ‘modern cultural nomads’ – travellers who value products built with origin, integrity and purpose.

Nohaca’s travel retail range includes its Plata and Reposado expressions in a 1-litre format (42% ABV). Both are additive-free, made from 100% single-origin Blue Weber agave from the Jalisco Highlands, using traditional oven roasting and double distillation.

Reflecting the brand’s commitment to sustainable packaging, each bottle is made in Mexico from 100% recycled post-consumer glass and features labels produced from recycled cotton fibre and compostable corn starch seals.

The bottle design is inspired by ancient Mexican steles, with each expression featuring a guardian symbol highlighting the brand’s philosophy of discovery, reverence and mastery.
